Dr. George Choueiry, O.D.

Dr. George Choueiry obtained his Baccalaureate Degree in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Medical Biology from the University of California, Riverside.

He then received his Doctorate of Optometry Degree from Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Optometry. During his time in Arizona, Dr. Choueiry participated in research projects, provided complementary eye care to the athletes participating in the Special Olympics, and volunteered his optometric expertise to the underserved population, in partnership with the Lion's Club.

			Dr. Choueiry is a therapeutic and glaucoma certified optometrist, capable of treating a wide variety of eye conditions, such as glaucoma, dry eye, eye allergies and eye infections. Dr. Choueiry’s areas of interest include primary eye care, specialty contact lenses, and refractive surgery, including LASIK. He is also a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), the California Optometric Association (COA), and the Orange County Optometric Society (OCOS). Although originally from Mission Viejo, Dr. Choueiry initially provided his optometric services to the Inland Empire, covering Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, and Moreno Valley. However, the community, coastal proximity, and incredible weather of Southern Orange County, motivated Dr. Choueiry to return to his home roots, where he plans to practice for many years to come. In his spare time, Dr. Choueiry enjoys tennis, basketball, hiking, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
